Biographies:
Lisa LaVigna is the Vice President of Business Development & Sales at Bespoke. As a lifetime volunteer for a number of organizations focusing on education and the environment, she recognizes the important role volunteers fill in our society. She volunteers at her local shelter twice a week and is on the board at Jazzy Sun Birthdays, a group that organizes birthday parties for children in homeless shelters. At VSys One she manages marketing and sales of VSys One’s volunteer management software. Lisa has a bachelor’s in public administration from the State University of New York in Albany, MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and a Doctorate in Management from University of Maryland’s University College. Lisa also teaches Business Communications at her local community college.
Melissa Bergin is the Executive Vice President and Lead Training Specialist at VSys One, where she has spent over ten years working with healthcare organizations to design and implement their volunteer management software solutions. In this role she often helps clients blend existing business practices with new process options made possible with automation. Melissa has a Master’s in Education (M.Ed) with a focus on Administration & Supervision from the College of Saint Rose, a master's in library & information science from the University at Albany, and bachelor's in communication from Cornell University. In her free time, she is an avid quilter.
