Sorry for the "lateness" of getting this posted.

On the last webinar call it was asked if I could share the ED volunteer description.  It is attached.  It is very general, as we all know that the ED can change courses in the blink of an eye.  Volunteers are trained on the basic things included in the job description but also do other things as they are presented.  Many of the volunteers currently in the ED are students.  They do more of job shadowing at times.
