We do have a program that utilizes volunteer golf cart drivers. It's a rehabilitation program called Challenge Golf. The course is broken up by a driving range on one side of the street and the golf course on the other side of the street. Our volunteers can drive the golf cart to the street, switch out to a paid employee to drive the golf cart across the street, and then our volunteer can continue driving throughout the course. I was lucky to get that! Lol. I know it's a pain for our team there, but they have adapted really well. As far as training, our PGA pro / manager does give them an overview on how to properly handle the golf cart.
