Hi Vickie! My current hospital (Riverside) does not have this in place however, my previous hospital (Mount Carmel) had a "department checklist" which covers all the safety information for the department which is was required to be completed on the volunteers first day. You can reach out to Leslie Aronoff at Mount Carmel to see if they still use it? She is an OHVMA member :)
