Our organization is interested in developing a program to focus on individuals who need to achieve small amounts of volunteer hours (10-30 hours a year).  Do any of you have experience with this type of program, what are the requirements (i.e. Background check, TB test, orientation)?  It would be promoted primarily to high school students in the area, but we would also include retired staff and community members.  Any information would be helpful.
